A key element in fostering an inclusive and diverse community is tracking and measuring the progress of such efforts.

Yearly assessment along with the creation of regular strategic plans provides an accountability framework that is a fundamental piece of Muhlenberg College's commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging. A transparent examination of our growth opportunities and our achievements provides a chance for reflection, celebration and inspiration to continue with the work that lies ahead.
