Yearly assessment along with the creation of regular strategic plans provides an accountability framework that is a fundamental piece of Muhlenberg College's commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging. A transparent examination of our growth opportunities and our achievements provides a chance for reflection, celebration and inspiration to continue with the work that lies ahead.
2020-2021 DEIB Report
The College's first annual report on diversity, equity and inclusion efforts on campus highlighted the institutional and individual efforts that were essential in helping to create a more just and welcoming community at Muhlenberg.
