Inauguration 2021 and the Future of Democracy

A Muhlenberg faculty panel will offer their analysis of the recent violence and political turbulence that is marking the transition to a new U.S. presidential administration.

On Tuesday, January 19, a live webinar, "Inauguration 2021: The Unpeaceful Transfer of Power and the Future of Democracy," will examine the nature of our current political crisis, the challenges facing our polity and the future of democracy in an age of polarization.

The program begins at 7 p.m. and will be followed by a Q & A session. It is free and open to the public.

The discussion will be moderated by Muhlenberg Professor of Political Science Mohsin Hashim. The faculty panelists include:
