Business Office Staff work to support the mission of Muhlenberg College.
Student services provided by the Business Office are Student Account Billing and Collection, College Cashier, Perkins Loan Reporting and Payroll Services.
College services provided by the Business Office are Payroll Services, Accounts Payable, Cashier Services and Endowment Accounting.

On December 29, 2022, the IRS announced a standard mileage rate increase of 3 cents per mile for 2023. The college reimbursement policy is to reimburse mileage expenses in accordance with the IRS standard mileage rate.
Effective January 1, 2023, our mileage reimbursement rate will increase from 62.5 cents to 65.5 cents per mile. For travel prior to January 1, 2023, you will be reimbursed at the rate of 62.5 cents per mile. Travel after January 1, 2023, will be reimbursed at the rate of 65.5 cents per mile.
Please submit your reimbursements in a timely manner, preferably within two weeks of return from travel assignments.
