Clinical Services


Clinical services, which are provided by registered nurses, nurse practitioner, and physicians include:

  • Injury and First Aid Care
    • Concussion screens, blisters, corneal abrasions, bug bites, minor burns, ear flushes, eye exams, eye flushes, hot packs, suture and staple removal, splinter removal, sprains, straings, wound care, earaches, infections, allergies, cough, cold, flu, sore through, sinus infections, urinary tract infections, abdominal pain
  • Wellness visits
    • Flu shots, tuberculosis testing, allergy injections, birth control, gynecological services, free STI testing
  • Skin conditions
    • Fungal infections, cold sores, canker sores, impetigo, lice, rashes, poison, ringworm, scabies, shingles, wound care
  • Screening and Monitoring
    • Blood pressure, blood sugar, weight checks
  • Gynecology services 
  • Allergy Injections
  • Clinical laboratory services
    • Urine pregnancy tests, blood glucose, rapid flu, rapid strep, urinalysis, lab draws
  • Pharmacy Delivery
  • “After hours” telephone on call services by a RN (when Health Services is closed during Fall and Spring semesters).
