Practice Mindfulness
Join Sheetal Contractor for professionally guided mindfulness sessions intended both to educate participants on mindfulness techniques as well as offer a quiet moment to engage in the practices themselves. Skills for Bridging the Gap Dialogue Training
This five-module training challenges students to leverage dialogue skills such as deep listening and effective story-telling within their interpersonal, classroom, and professional relationships to enhance understanding and collaboration in community.
Participants in this program:
1) Build a dialogue tool-kit
2) Practice dialogue in a supported space
3) Develop leadership skills to address conflict and tension constructively through community building dialogue
Bridges Interfaith
This student organized interfaith group welcomes students of all religious, spiritual, or secular traditions to have meaningful conversations around the plurality of our practices, understandings of the world, and ways we relate to community around us. All students are welcome to join for a Bridges event at any time. Students who are especially interested in interfaith leadership should also consider applying to join the Fellowship for Interfaith Learning and Leadership at Muhlenberg.
