In order to use any of the color coded pieces of equipment you must make a reservation using Google Calendar. To do so you just:
1. Create a calendar event on your Google Calendar;
2. Click on "add rooms";
3. Select the name of the equipment you would like to reserve;
4. Save your calendar event.
