Courtney Stephens
Associate Dean of Students
Courtney Stephens joined the Muhlenberg family in 2017 as the assistant dean of students and the director of Housing & Residence Life. In summer 2022, she became the associate dean of students. Within this role, she supervises and supports the Office of Student Transitions & Family Programs and the Office of Housing & Residence Life, while also serving as the director of student conduct. She serves as a member of the College’s working group for High Impact Practices, and oversees the curriculum for the Foundations for Student Success first-year course.
She considers herself fortunate to be a part of many students' lives as an ally, educator, and support system. She has previously worked at Lehigh University and Bentley University.
Courtney is a proud alumna of the University of Delaware, and has her Master's of Education in Higher Education Administration from the University of Michigan.
