When Lydia is tasked with cleaning out her recently deceased friend's home, unexpected feelings and memories are brought to the surface. This opens a conversation exploring what's most important, and reflect on how others shape you as a whole.

A group of troubled young men of all different backgrounds are sent to a wilderness therapy program in Vermont for one summer. Throughout their stay, they confront personal traumas, heal, and develop close bonds with each other as well as the world they had tried so hard to shut out.
