Living Room Dialogue Institute for Jewish-Christian Understanding

Contact the IJCU Office to request information
on how to start up a group in your area.

What?
Dialogue groups of 8-16 participants from the Jewish and Christian communities form periodically and meet monthly over an extended period.  The “Interfaith Circles” curriculum is user-friendly and wide-ranging, from holidays to holiness to history and threads to theology.

IJCU staff and volunteers who have been in a dialogue group help each new group get started, then step back while the group takes leadership into its own hands and moves forward at its own pace.

Annually the IJCU brings together the active dialogue groups for a special program.

Who?
Individuals are welcome to register their interest in joining a group by contacting the IJCU office.  When the next group starts in your area, we’ll let you know.

Congregations may initiate a group by contacting the IJCU office; we will seek a partner congregation or individuals from the area to join the group with your members.

When?  Where?
Groups set their own meeting times and places.
