The Graduate Certificate in Organizational Leadership is a six-course, one-year program where professionals develop the necessary skills to grow as leaders in their organizations, manage change, develop staff and act ethically to achieve organizational goals. The certificate can be completed within one year, with a second-year option to complete the master’s degree.
