Grounded in Muhlenberg's expertise in the interdisciplinary study of leadership, humanities, and adult education - the Master's in Medical Leadership is designed for high-achieving medical practitioners who aspire to lead with impact in a dynamic healthcare environment. The MML program is delivered in a low-residency format aimed to meet the needs - and schedules of practicing physicians and clinicians.
Physicians and Clinicians will emerge from the program with organizational competencies in leadership, financial management, intercultural skills, and operational systems management. The program will prepare these individuals for current and future leadership positions, allowing them to take advantage of opportunities and drive change in complex healthcare systems.
