The OIT Help Desk provides technical support to the entire campus community. We are staffed with Client Support Specialists and Student Help Desk Associates who are available to answer your questions and resolve your technical issues.

Monday  - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Weekend and evening hours vary (based on student staff scheduling)
  • Visit the IT Support Portal (available in the OneLogin Application Portal) to report an issue, submit a service request, check on My Items or search the knowledge base.
  • Call us at 484-664-3566 to speak with a Client Support Specialist or Student Help Desk Associate. Note: After hours  - leave a detailed message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

  • Need in person assistance? Contact us by email or phone to schedule an appointment. Drop-ins are not currently allowed. Virtual appointments are preferred, whenever possible. In-person assistance is available by appointment, as needed.

Student Help Desk Associates

The Help Desk is staffed by student Support Associates. These students are trained to help you with your questions about supported software. They will not be expected to answer questions about non-supported software (any programs not on the Muhlenberg network) or commercial on-line services.
