Amanda completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at St. John's University and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology at Lehigh University. Dedicated to creating a warm and empathetic space, Amanda's aim is to create an environment where students feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, emotions, and challenges openly, particularly those associated with identity, transitions, family dynamics, and romantic relationships. Amanda's commitment to assisting others in navigating life's complexities has led her to adopt an integrative theoretical approach. This approach incorporates insights from person-centered, psychodynamic, and feminist theories, allowing her to offer a comprehensive framework for addressing various aspects of her client's experiences. Outside of counseling, Amanda enjoys doing yoga, meditating, painting, going on nature walks, listening to music, and spending time with loved ones.
