For decades, Muhlenberg graduates have enjoyed great success in gaining admission to medical school and other health professions programs. As of 2018, over 2300 Muhlenberg alumni claimed careers in medical and health professions—and many serve their alma mater through mentorship of current students and recent graduates.
Over the past eight years, 87 percent of all graduates who applied to medical school were admitted, and graduates seeking admittance to other health profession programs have similar success rates.
Recent graduates have been accepted to Columbia University, Cornell University, Drexel University, Georgetown University, Salus University/Pennsylvania College of Optometry and Tufts University. Graduates also attended Thomas Jefferson University/Kimmel Medical College and the University of Pennsylvania, with which Muhlenberg has for exceptional students.
